SAMHSA/ CSAP program through the Urban League of Greater Dallas
The goal of the program is to reduce the disproportionate impact of Substance Abuse, HIV and Hepatitis on minority communities and post incarcerated individuals, through a strategic plan that incorporates a network of referral, risk- reduction and case management services which will fill the gaps in current service delivery to these populations. Linguistically, culturally competent and trained evidence behavioral intervention staff will conduct program activities.
